Premier Utah Real Estate – Your Realtor in Tooele

Vicki Griffith, the founder of Premier Utah Real Estate was a “larger than life” Southern lady who was born and raised in Alabama. She and her kids, Steve and Andrea, moved to Utah in the early 80’s.

Vicki was a top selling agent with Coldwell Banker for 10 plus years when she started our company. It began as Griffith and Associates in the mid 90’s until she purchased a Prudential Utah Real Estate franchise and operated under their umbrella for several years.  When Prudential migrated to a Berkshire Hathaway, Vicki decided to break away from the big corporate brokerages and become Premier Utah Real Estate.

Vicki’s husband, Andy Stetz, was born and raised on a farm in Wyoming.  He moved to Tooele in the late 80’s.  He is a carpenter by trade, but decided to try his hat at real estate and found he’s got quite the knack for it.

Steve was born in Alabama, but raised in Tooele from an early age.  Steve has been a fireman since 1995 and got his real estate license in 1998, so that he could join his Mom at the real estate office.  A few years later he obtained his broker’s license and became the Associate Broker.

Tammy married Steve in 1996 and was quickly indoctrinated into the real estate world.  Tammy was raised in the small town of Vernon, in Tooele County. Schooling and prior experiences include both paralegal and escrow officer experience.

Like all local residents, this family loves the Tooele area.  They love camping, riding ATVs, hunting, shooting, fishing, and hiking.  They enjoy the peace and quiet and the small town feel. Andy enjoys riding his Harley.

In August 2018, after Vicki’s sudden passing, Steve, Andy, and Tammy began running the company together.  Although they know they’ll never fill her shoes, they make a pretty great team.

Premier Utah Real Estate sells residential homes and commercial real estate.  They assist sellers and buyers in all aspects of real estate. Premier has agents that specialize in guiding first time home buyers, as well as agents that specialize in new construction and development.   Premier has property management division that serves Tooele County and the surrounding areas.
